About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable HR Advisor to join our team on a short-term casual basis.

This is a hands-on HR Advisor role supporting day-to-day people and culture functions across the organisation. Working 2 days per week, you will partner with all levels of the organisation to provide timely, practical HR advice across a range of employee matters.



Key Responsibilities and Duties


  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff

  • Support employee relations matters, including performance and conduct

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and HR processes

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and organisational policies

  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting

  • Assist with HR systems, including Employment Hero



About You

You are an experienced HR professional who is confident, approachable and solutions-focused.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor role

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (preferred)

  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards

  • Experience using Employment Hero (highly regarded)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to work independently and provide confident, practical advice

Important Information

  • Primarily based in Blue Mountains, with occasional travel to other sites & Penrith region

  • Immediate start

  • A current driver’s licence is preferred
