About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable HR Advisor to join our team on a short-term casual basis.
This is a hands-on HR Advisor role supporting day-to-day people and culture functions across the organisation. Working 2 days per week, you will partner with all levels of the organisation to provide timely, practical HR advice across a range of employee matters.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Support employee relations matters, including performance and conduct
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and HR processes
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and organisational policies
Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting
Assist with HR systems, including Employment Hero
About You
You are an experienced HR professional who is confident, approachable and solutions-focused.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor role
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (preferred)
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards
Experience using Employment Hero (highly regarded)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and provide confident, practical advice

Primarily based in Blue Mountains, with occasional travel to other sites & Penrith region
