Allied Health
Services

A subsidised Commonwealth Home Support Program. Physio, OT and Social Workers provide assessment and care based on individual needs to promote independence and safety within your own home and community.

Dementia Support Service

The DAWN program is a multi-disciplinary program to empower and support people with dementia who live at home along with their carers. Sessions are at home or centre based and there is no cost.

Holding Hands

Palliative Support Service

Blue Mountains Palliative Support Service is a free volunteer-based service that provides support for people with a life-limiting illness in their home or in hospital. Support is also offered to carers and families.
