The Details
Each session one of our expert facilitators selects a new, excity story and reads it aloud, bringing the story to life. Then they guide you through the story stopping to relect on what you find important. You'll be suprised by what comes up. Best part is you don't need to talk, you can ujust sit and absorb the story if that feels more comfortable. This activity is perfect if you want to be social in a gentle, undemanding way.
