Community Development and Services Lead - Full Time
35 Hours Per Week, SCHADS Award Level 5.
Belong Blue Mountains are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual to lead our team of Community Development and Service professionals as a Team Lead.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading multiple teams within the community services sector and a working knowledge of strength-based practices, adaptive leadership principles, and community development frameworks.
Responsibilities include:

Oversee and lead a team of community services professionals, providing support, guidance and direction where necessary.

Teams that will directly report to this role include the Community Development team, the Be Ready emergency preparedness team and KOOSH the Belong Blue Mountains before and after school care service.

Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

Implement best practices and promote a strength-based approach across the team.

Are you looking for casual weekday afternoon employment?
Do you have a LR drivers Licence?
KOOSH is a 57-place centre for children aged 5-12, providing Before & After School and Vacation Care, and is a service of Belong Blue Mountains.
We are seeking a small team of people to:

drive our 22 seat, manual transmission bus for after school pickup and drop off

assistance with setting up after school activity centre
-
preparation, serving and clearing children’s afternoon tea
Regular 2-hour shifts from 2.15 to 4.15pm Monday to Friday are available.
