RENEW PHYSIO CLINIC is a new service being offered at rooms within the Lower Mountains Neighbourhood Centre in Blaxland.

Our unique physiotherapy programs are tailor-made for people who are 50 years young and over. We offer specific support for arthritis, neck and back pain, shoulder, hip, & knee pathology as well as overall strength & conditioning. Our vision is to help you realise your potential so that you can move freely throughout your life with confidence.

INTRODUCING Physiotherapist Adam Wilkes B.App.Sc (Phty)

Adam has worked as a Physiotherapist since 2005 after graduating from Sydney University.  He has broad experience across gerontology (aged care), musculoskeletal health, neurology, and chronic & complex community health care.

Adam's  clinical interests are: • Managing chronic muscle, joint, and tendon conditions • Helping people to become lifelong exercisers • Positive ageing
